What is CleanersFlow?
CleanersFlow is management software for cleaning businesses. It brings together clients, cleaning jobs, employees, availability, schedules and calendars, team messaging, notifications, invoices, reports and company settings.
Is CleanersFlow still in beta?
CleanersFlow is currently in an early commercial/prerelease stage and is actively evolving as we improve the product.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial is free for 14 days. A payment method is required when the trial starts, but there is no subscription charge during the trial. Monthly billing starts automatically afterward unless you cancel.
What plans are available?
Starter is $39/month for up to 5 employees. Growth is $69/month for up to 15 employees. Pro is $119/month for up to 40 employees.
How do I cancel?
Billing can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation at period end preserves access through the paid period, and cancellation does not immediately delete your company data.
What happens if a payment fails?
You can update your billing information through the Stripe Customer Portal. The current grace period is 3 days; operational access may be restricted after that period, while billing access remains available. A failed payment does not automatically delete company data.
Is Smart Dispatch available?
Smart Dispatch is not available on Starter. On Growth and Pro it is clearly marked Coming soon and is not currently available.
What about existing beta users?
Previously granted beta or promotional access remains subject to the offer associated with that account.
Is my company data deleted when I cancel?
Cancellation does not immediately delete company data. Permanent deletion and privacy requests follow the applicable privacy and support process; no fixed retention duration is promised here.
